This is actually the first Step Up movie I’ve ever watched, EVER. Step Up 3D came out a few days ago, and since i like watching people dance, maybe i'll give it a try on this one.
The film follows Moose and Camille Gage as
they head to New York University, the former dancer of whom is majoring in electrical engineering after promising his father that he would not dance anymore.
However, he soon stumbles upon a dance battle, meeting Luke Katcher and his
House of Pirates dance crew and later teaming up with them to compete in the
World Jam dance contest against their rival, the House of Samurai dance crew.
In the beginning of the movie I didn’t understand it at all.
It was a bunch of people talking to a crappy kind of
video-recorder-camera-thingy about dance. Then I saw tWitch, so maybe this
movie is gonna be kind of worthy. And yes, it kinda is.
Then later, I found out that it was a movie that the male lead made for his uni application thing.

The dancing on this movie was sick! It was incredibly
awesome!! Adam Sevani is a really good dancer. And we also got tWitch,
Christopher Scott, Harry Shum Jr, etc. But, the acting was not as good, and the story was not as
good either. I think that the story was lacking, and the plot wasn’t that
memorable. And I wish there would’ve been more story between Moose and Camille.
However this movie is definitely worthy if you want to see
some sick moves.
